Liability for content
As a service provider we are responsible for our own content on these pages in accordance with the general law. However, in accordance with Articles 12–14 of Directive 2000/31/EC (as implemented in Cyprus by Law 156(I)/2004), we are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third‑party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under the general law remain unaffected. Liability in this respect is only possible from the point in time at which a concrete infringement of the law becomes known to us. Upon notification of such infringements, we will remove the content without undue delay.
